NJCEE Money Talks

Money Talks 2026 is the 8th annual professional development event hosted by the New Jersey Council for Economic Education for business, personal finance, and economics educators. The full-day event will feature engaging sessions, collaboration, and “Let’s Chat” discussions focused on classroom strategies and business education. The event is free and includes breakfast and lunch. Space is limited to 80 educators, so early registration is encouraged.

NJCEE AP Summer Institute

The NJCEE is hosting APSI sessions for the AP Business with Personal Finance Course debuting in the fall. The Project Based Learning Series will help AP teachers implement an engaging and student centered project based instructional approach in their classrooms. Register today to connect with a community of AP teachers who are bringing PBL to their classrooms and apply for the grant for a chance to attend this event for free.

High School Economics Challenge

Each year, the New Jersey Council for Economic Education hosts an annual contest for high school students to test their economic knowledge with other students throughout the state. The New Jersey competition is fully online, free, and has divisions based on the amount of economic experience each student has.

High School Personal Finance Challenge

The National Personal Finance Challenge is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge of personal finance by taking a 35-minute, 30-question exam on key topics in Personal Finance.
